Mr. Wensyel designed IT systems, provided in depth analysis of current systems for reliability, security and performance, and made recommendations for improving existing configurations. Mr. Wensyel provided ongoing support for LAN/WAN environments. Mr. Wensyel installed and supported various applications to provide increased productivity and reduced cost to the customer. Mr. Wensyel supported both commercial and State Government customers.

Mr. Wensyel was an information technology consultant for both home and business systems. Mr. Wensyel provided in-depth analysis of current systems for reliability, security and performance and made recommendations for improving existing configurations.

Mr. Wensyel managed multi-site Novell and Local Windows NT networks and administered all sites from; . He also designed and performed all Network upgrades including migrations from Netware 3.11 to 4.1 for all sites. In addition, Mr. Wensyel designed and implemented cabling plant change to the switched Ethernet using Bay Networks. His duties also included, performing day-to-day configuration and problem solving dealing with the network client stations and server infrastructure and handling purchasing and payment requests on all purchases for the IS department. Mr. Wensyel evaluated and recommended hardware/software for purchase and use within the network. He also identified and recommended best providers for Internet access, integration, and other services and designed the NetWare tree for implementation. Mr. Wensyel evaluated and determined the most cost effective way of producing desired results in regards to Network operation and security and made recommendations on staffing in the Information Systems Department. He also granted access to Internet/Internet E-mail on a per need basis. His duties also included providing supervisory work as a team leader on various projects and made judgment calls when necessary.
