In 2019 Mark established Property and Acquisitions (PANDA), based in Melbourne, Australia. Property and Acquisitions (PANDA) consolidates Mark’s 40 years of Australian commercial property expertise to provide property acquisition and advisory services to a broad range of international and Australian based institutions, syndicators and tenants across all sectors. Mark has held senior positions with international real estate agencies, was the creator and managing director of Werrett Property Group for 30 years prior to its sale. In more recent times, Mark was the Head of Capital Transactions, purchasing property for Australia's largest and most active wholesale property syndicator, with a commanding national portfolio exceeding 4.0 billion in value. With a diverse experience which includes Retail, Large Format Retail, Office, Industrial, Healthcare and Childcare properties and the development of both green field and existing sites, Mark is uniquely positioned to assist with the identification and purchase of properties throughout Australia and provide hands on consulting on a broad range of property related issues encountered by owners. Mark is a private pilot and has travelled extensively throughout Australia and is a committed philanthropist and is actively involved in the non-for-profit sector.
