I'm a Partner in Osborne Clarke's corporate team. I lead our Business Transactions Group practice group (including our Corporate, Commercial and FIG teams) and am a member of Osborne Clarke's Executive Board.I advise on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory matters for clients, including business strategy, M&A, takeovers, IPO, fundraising, restructuring and corporate governance matters. I have a broad experience across a number of industry sectors but have particular experience and focus in the financial services and TMT / digital business sectors, including digital transformation of traditional businesses and FinTech.
