2018 – 2019 State Street Bank Senior Vice President, Strategic Client Account Group EMEA and Head of State Street Trustees Limited.

Invited to fulfil an executive, transitional role, in support of the banks strategic transformation programme , with primary responsibility for retaining a key strategic client ,undertaking a competitive tender process.Additionally, as a long-standing Director of State Street Trustees ltd, I stepped-in to lead the business in early 2019, following the resignation of the previous CEO, at the end of 2018.Achievements included: -

* Successfully retained the strategic client, securing a contract extension.
* Led the bank-wide client communications efforts, regarding Brexit planning and preparations, June 2016 - March 2019. * Conceived and delivered six monthly client oversight forums, attended by over 50 clients, in tandem with the FCA to create effective oversight standards for offshored locations.
* Originated the 2022 SSTL Strategic Plan, approved by the board August 2019.

State Street Bank 2007 – 2018

 Senior Vice President , Head of Client Relationship Management Continental Europe , covering Banks, Insurers, Asset Management and Asset Owners.
 
Achievements included :- *Restructured client governance providing clear definition of roles and responsibility for client facing staff in sales, relationship management, client service and product.

* Implemented a client retention and profitability enhancement programme, generating in excess of £3million new revenue in first year. 

* Introduced credit and debit interest rate review and communications programme across UK client base. This practice was subsequently adopted Globally by the Bank.

Managing Director, Head of Asset Manager Relationship management and Sales and wasadditionally, appointed Regional business executive Insurance EMEA Jan 2007

Managing Director, Information Products Company EMEA. Established a strategically important, ‘specialist’ business focusing on transaction cost analysis, research and settlement benchmarking. Responsible for ‘alliance partner’ management, P&L, M&A, Media and Board reporting.
