I am an Integral Certified Coach, IFS practitioner, and facilitator with 15+ years of experience guiding high-impact professionals and global leaders to peak performance and personal growth. I leverage the power of parts work to guide leaders toward Self-Led Mastery, where they cultivate deep internal harmony, gain clarity, and lead from a place of resilience and wisdom, ultimately creating a positive impact on their teams and organizations. This is the kind of executive presence that leads you to come home happy and fulfilled. My coaching career began as a USA Triathlon coach for elite athletes, where I honed my skills in understanding the essence of high performance and the habits it demands. Since then, I've supported powerful leaders to bring their vision to life and lead from a deep set of core values.I've developed and led leadership training programs for top firms like Amazon, Paramount +, JP Morgan, and Goldman, helping leaders master effective feedback and create sustainable habits. In 2024, I founded Fathers Without Compromise, a group coaching program and community for business-owning dads to be great fathers and build a great business without compromising one or the other. As an entrepreneur in the social impact space, I helped found an award-winning farmer-direct coffee roaster and have created a series of mindfulness-based online courses that have impacted leaders and entrepreneurs worldwide. So far, over 10,000 students have enrolled in my online courses to manifest their unlimited potential. I earned a Masterβs Degree in Education and am a member of Integral Coaching Canada, the International Coaching Federation, and the European Mentor and Coaching Council. My unique blend of skills in habit formation, conflict mitigation, executive presence, and public speaking makes me a sought-after mentor and leader in the coaching community.
