I am an IT and technical minded individual. I have been working in IT systems support for over 6 years.I am currently working at Milsteda systems as a software support engineer. Milsteda systems installs, maintains and supports commercial grade paint mixing solutions on behalf of some of the worlds largest refinish companies (BASF, Axalta) for thousands of car sales and repair body shops around the UK and Ireland.My main role is to provide professional support for the company bespoke IT systems either over the telephone, remote support or email whilst maintaining a great rapport with customers and paint brand technicians.I am a hard working friendly individual with a can-do attitude to any task or challenge that I may come across.
