I lead teams that change businesses and the world for the betterment of humanity. I've done that in one form or another for the past twenty years, and I love every day of it. Currently, I organize and lead the world-class Supercharger Service Program. I lead my team in the operation and strategy of service - what are we doing, why are we doing it, how are we measuring it, and who is hearing about it when we're done. Having started as the first dedicated service technician back in 2013, the ideals and intention behind what were doing are close to my heart, and a major factor in every decision. I'm familiar with all phases of a business, from start-up to chaos to rapid scaling and efficiency improvements. I work with teams of all technical competencies - from electronics training and trades to product engineering and software- and have the flexibility to be placed in almost any situation.
