Fitness Checks led include a major study on digital fairness in EU consumer law, a Fitness check of 25 different product regulations and directives and a Fitness Check of the Environmental Noise Directive. the impact of digitalisation and the circular economy on fitness for purpose of law was a key feature of these studies.Benchmarking experience and global outlook - studies have covered up to 50 countries.
