With over 25 years of experience, including my transformative years as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Cardano, I specialise in driving growth for both impact-driven companies and investors. My focus is on strategic business development, branding and ensuring market competitiveness. I thrive in dynamic environments where strategic thinking and collaboration drive growth. In 2007, I joined Cardano, a promising scale-up with a mission to provide financial stability for people and businesses. This was a pivotal moment in my career, as I became part of a team of the brightest minds in the industry, whose ideas perfectly aligned with my own. Our approach to securing stability is in embracing the unpredictable nature of human behavior. In this view, financial stability and environmental resilience are inseparable.Throughout my time at Cardano, I have had the privilege of playing a key role in its growth. From 2015 to 2022, I led the commercial organization in the Netherlands as CCO, while also becoming a Partner. During this period, we pioneered innovative investment management solutions and empowered major financial institutions to build resilience, ultimately delivering stability to millions of their customers.In 2022, I chose to step back from my CCO role, allowing the next generation of leaders to take the helm. This shift provided me the space to explore new directions. I assumed the role of CMO for the Netherlands and Continental Europe, where I now lead a small, dynamic team in crafting and executing a new growth strategy for both Cardano and ACTIAM, a leading sustainable investment company we acquired in 2022.I also began an exciting new chapter by pursuing a long-held dream: a bachelor's degree in environmental science. This decision stems from my belief that economic resilience is inextricably linked to building resilience against environmental instability, and I am eager to expand my expertise.
