About Mark Williams

I have a solid background in corporate and consulting sales. Using years of experience in sales and skills training, together with an MBA from the Open University, I have developed a set of training tools and techniques specifically to develop and strengthen the mindset of sales teams. Mine is a niche approach to sales team development, based on extensive research of psychologies, behavioural economics and neuroscience. My training gives sales teams the tools and techniques they need to enhance Focus, Resilience, Motivation, Self-Confidence and Empathy. I’m delighted to consistently receive great feedback from my sales-mind training, with comments such as "The best course I have ever done in my sales career", or “inspiring in a way I could not have envisaged … The result has been a dramatic increase in sales performance over a number of different metrics.”For the last five years I have been delivering sales mindset training around the world for companies representing all sectors, cultures and professional backgrounds. My training has been successfully used with blue chips such as vmware, CA Technologies, BT, Which? and PwC. Prior to that, I worked in corporate and consulting roles to boost performance in sales leadership positions for companies such as Cisco, BT, Virgin Media, C&W, Kraft Foods, Reed Elsevier and GSK.
