I have a solid background in corporate and consulting sales. Using years of experience in sales and skills training, together with an MBA from the Open University, I have developed a set of training tools and techniques specifically to develop and strengthen the mindset of sales teams. Mine is a niche approach to sales team development, based on extensive research of psychologies, behavioural economics and neuroscience. My training gives sales teams the tools and techniques they need to enhance Focus, Resilience, Motivation, Self-Confidence and Empathy.
