CurrentMark Williams is the CEO of the Mindset Development Group. The group's purpose is to enable individuals and organisations to Thrive in the Challenges of Life. The Group is best known for its trademark framework sales-mind. Utilising the evidence base in thought leadership from psychologies and neuroscience it presents a set of tools techniques and mental constructs enhancing focus, resilience, motivation, confidence and empathy driving personal effectiveness and mental wellbeing in and and outside the work place.Following a successful career in sales leadership Mark formed sales-mind to support traditional forms of skills based trading focused solely on the mental side of work. Following the success and feedback with sales teams in and outside Tech sector he broadened the reach of the company to other operational functions; leadership/ management and an App for school aged children (due for launch April 2021).The framework that the company has developed especially on resilience and persistence have been very relevant as a keen golfer and Watford FC season ticket holder !!Based in Berkhamsted in the UK Mark is married with two grown-up children and enjoys most sports, music ( especially the boss -Bruce Springsteen) chess, walking and is passionate about the need to enhance mental wellbeing across society in general.
