CurrentDuring the traineeship I had to demonstrate a very competent level of the following programming languages and technical skills: ● Web Development – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap & Apache XAMPP ● Programming Languages – Java, PHP● MYSQL ● REST API● GitHub ● VS Code Below are the two briefs of development projects I successfully completed with IT Career Switch which can be found in my bio: https://markowusu.co.uk/ Portfolio Project #1: “Gazetteer” This project was to reply to a website specification for a map-based app to provide information on countries with a focus on “mobile-first” development. Preferably using a framework, to then develop HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with jQuery modules that use PHP server-based components to source data from third-party APIs (Leaflet.js, Geonames, WeatherAPI, and various other APIs). The solution is assessed on its delivery to specification, functionality, and usability.Portfolio Project #2: “Company Directory” A more rigorous reply to the specification was required for this project, as a user requirements document was needed to be prepared and signed off before I could develop it, the main requirements for this project are to manipulate a company database that consists of employee user information that works for the hypothetical company. This design will run on CRUD functionality (create, read, update, and delete). These events trigger the release of SQL that updates the database. Sign-off is only achieved upon supplying an independently witnessed document providing confirmation of the system’s ability to perform error-free.During the traineeship I had to demonstrate a very competent level of the following program
