- Worked with the head of the research unit of UNODC West and Central Africa Regional Headquarters on researching West African drug trafficking trends to help develop the threat assessment reports on Guinea-Conakry. - Interviewed 2 high-level and low-level imprisoned drug traffickers who were involved in smuggling and distributing cocaine, originating from South America, through West Africa. - Synthesized interviews and government documents into a report regarding criminal organizations and their relation to politics in Guinea for the United States and Canada.- Responsible for researching and writing the UNODC West and Central Africa weekly newsletter in both English and French, which went out to over 5,000 recipients, including every embassy in the region.
