Web development and strategic consultancy to various clients including:Wolters-Kluwer UK - Led development for all UK websites (BroadVision, Java, Apache). Led design and introduction for automated CI/CD Pipeline (Jenkins, Selenium) to reduce release time from 1 week to 2 hours, whilst reducing release errors. Whilst this was initially though of as an unnecessary overhead by management I was successful in championing these processes and it was quickly adopted into other software streams.Vodafone - Responsible for improving development teams Broadvision understanding and enhancing development life cycles for customer website.Samsung - Led Samsung development team upgrading 6 European Websites for Samsung from Broadvision 5.0 to Broadvision 6.0. This involved rewriting many components of the website, which we completed within 6-month schedule and under budget. We also took advantage of the re-write to re-deisgn some core functionality making it more efficient and easier to update in the future.

Responsible for developing and delivering the Tuxedo middleware system (C++) for personal lending platform for Lloyds TSB, integrating 27 products together. Designed and implemented failover strategies to ensure system high availability. Led development teams to fix, test and deliver initial system live September 1999, supporting over £1M of personal lending a day.

Development of mathematical war game. (Pascal, Running on DEC Vax and SUN Sparc). Responsible for study runs, developing new systems, EDS hardware sales onsite, onboarding new staff and improving system efficiency. Automated reporting using VBA Excel reducing documentation time from 2-3 days to 20 minutes.
