• Overtook a struggling SaaS program and turned it into one of two key initiatives to sales success in 2017 and 2018. • The SaaS tool began solely to guide resellers through maintaining Cisco program compliance and we had only a few customers; worked with software developers to enhance and debug the tool and add seven other software vendor programs, including on-boarding and technical support. • Delivered an average of 11 demos per week to individual resellers as well as monthly webinars to dozens of attendees.• Increased the number of users over 600% in 12 months.
