Established a new dynamic / attitude among the employees that resulted in:Net sales ($8.2M) finished 6.20% over the budgeted sales goal for 2008. Reduced direct expenses to 13.78% below the budgeted goal for 2008 and 26.38% below the prior year. Turned a positive EBITA of $102,078 that was significantly better than both the budgeted goal and prior year numbers.

Trained in and assisted three branches in all areas from warehouse to counter sales to project management to inside sales to operations / administrative functions. Learned the electrical distribution business from the ground up in Sanford, Kissimmee, and Daytona Beach.Attended and completed several training / certification courses across the country including Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley), G-E Lighting and Gear, Cooper Lighting, and Rexel internal courses.Underwent extensive financial training to read, understand, and evaluate all financial documents including P&L’s, data warehouse reports, write downs, obsolescence reserve, etc.
