Fully responsible for SieSmart, a front-end application which ran across the Commercial Finance business of SFS 24/7/365 serving thousands of customers globally lending over €500m each year. Managed an internal business analyst and technical team (globally situated) alongside external development partners based in Germany and Poland.

As per the Service & Transition Manager role but with the added responsibility for all Service Operation activities across multiple countries managing 8 staff across various locations.Extensive experience with SLA's, OLA's and KPI performance and management. Qualified ServiceNow admin and delivered training to entire user base when part of key delivery team when moving to ServiceNow.

Responsible for change management, release planning, design of releases and deployment of releases for all applications in UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and India. Designed overarching process and procedure for all releases which included responsibility matrices and prioritisations with the business.

I ensured all demands from the customer were captured correctly with all necessary information and managed and reported on delivery timescales accordingly for the business in UK, Sweden, Norway and Finland. This also included the formal role of Change Manager within IT.

The IT support manager role was a senior management role reporting to the Group Finance Director and carried responsibility for the infrastructure, delivery and support of all information technology systems throughout the group.

I reported directly to the Group IT Manager and led and managed a team of technicians across 3 sites, ensured the day-to-day smooth running of all IT support operations and developed and supported the server infrastructure running Windows 2000, NT 4, Novell 5.1 and Microsoft Office. I supported around 500 users throughout the UK.
