Mark Wong’s expertise lies in digital experience design and he is a strong advocate and practitioner of UI/UX. With over 15 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur running multiple start-ups in the events, marketing, creative services and F&B sectors, Mark has worked with a wide range of media with his finger on the pulse of the latest technologies. Mark is a founding member of the Service Design Network Singapore Chapter, and has been involved in collaborations with the Royal College of Art, London to promote the latest service design practices.
