• Business Partner responsible for managing the Mortgage Finance relationship with the Mortgage Operations and Intermediary teams.Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the production and communication of the monthly balanced scorecards for the Intermediary team’s Senior Management and Director.
• Managing the production and communication of the monthly Mortgage and Savings financial inputs (P&L and Balance Sheets) into the Executive Governance Group meeting for the Intelligent Finance and Birmingham Midshires.
• Leading a long-term project to investigate Operational Losses performance against budget and reconcile all redress payments been made against the Mortgage Ledgers by the operational teams.
• Acting as a central point of contact for the Operations and Intermediary teams to source solutions to their financial queries and requirements and providing SME support on the financial side of Operational Losses.

• Business Partner responsible for managing the production and communication of Mortgage Operations’ monthly cost reporting. Taken as a sideward move to develop my stakeholder management experience in a new team.Key.
• Managing the monthly production and communication of the Mortgage Operations’ cost reporting.
• Acting as a single point of contact for all the Operational team’s financial queries and sourcing solutions from appropriate Finance Stakeholders where required.
• Attending and presenting at the MP&C (Mortgage Processing and Completions) Director’s monthly team meeting, to formally present the latest costs position and to gain insights into the challenges facing the team.
• Working with the Director’s Head of Functions to manage the costs for each of the underlying teams.

• Managing the production and communication of all the Volume Planning Team’s reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the monthly production and communication of all the team’s formal reporting requirements, together with the collation, checking and distribution of the Quarterly Forecasts (the team’s key output) to a wide.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the team’s other managers who were responsible for the production of the forecasts for the 3 areas of the team; Acquisition, Retention and Market.
• Managing the ad-hoc requests coming into the team, sourcing inputs from the other managers where required.
• Role included the management of a junior colleague.
