I am a positive, passionate and highly motivated individual with strong administration and organisational skills and an enthusiasm in promoting health and wellbeing. I have experience in complex process driven working environments, including Operations, Business Administration, HR and Finance. I am a diligent worker, promoting best practice ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed in support of business goals. I have demonstrated high levels of interpersonal skills both with external and internal customers across all hierarchical levels, including in areas of training, negotiation and support. I adopt a flexible approach, working autonomously or within an integrated team as needed. I am an effective multitasker, comfortable with taking on new challenges. Due to the nature of my roles I am experienced in exercising a high level of trust and discretion as well as being versed with compliance within the management of sensitive information. I have also enjoyed the opportunities to utilise my skills in a community capacity, supporting work-based volunteering opportunities and with leadership involvement as an athletics coach and administrator.
