Originally responsible for Sulphur Forming section before taking control of 3 gas trains and utilities which included water treatment, reverse osmosis water treatment, air/nitrogen generation, boilers, waste water treatment, flare.• Designated Facility Owner (FOD) for my area of responsibility• Authorized signatory for all work permits• Responsible for pre commissioning & commissioning of DCS/PLC/ESD/FGS• Planning of daily work activities.• Daily and weekly progress reporting• Ensuring that all work is completed timeously as per commissioning schedule• Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timeous delivery of equipment and spares• Liaising directly with engineering disciplines and process engineering personnel• Coordination of SAT’s, Cause & Effect and Instrumentation Functional Test Procedures• Ensuring punch items are cleared and verified• Sign off on relevant documentation• Writing of MOC’s• Procedure writing.• Procedure review and approval• Change management review and approval
