Planned, developed and implemented factory management and monitoring system, complete with web-based portals, production display screens and iphone app, while leading a small business systems team. Developed critical analytical capabilities to enable production teams to gain comprehensive understanding of production line dynamics to meet the 2012 Model S production ramp.Led cost analysis and drove cost reduction activities for powertrain manufacturing group.

Led a cross-functional team to develop manufacturing capabilities to deliver powertrain products to Toyota for the 2600 vehicle Toyota RAV4 EV production run 2012 through 2014. Delivered the program to steady-state production in time and under budget. New product introduction and production execution have led to a significant increase in business from Toyota.Led engagement activities with Toyota manufacturing teams in Canada and sales and service teams in Los Angeles. Developed program and management systems employed between Tesla and Toyota. Was the primary Tesla contact for the program for all business/manufacturing Toyota groups.

Managed and scheduled approximately 50,000 parts-in-production of up to 4,500 different types through a non-linear mass-customization factory of 10 departments and 130 front line personnel (55 in 2006), while sales and production grew 75% to sales of $15 million in 2008.
