WebPresented is a high-tech company offering a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to Wholesale Distribution and Manufacturers. As COO, I have overall responsibility for the Strategy and Operations of the organization, including Business Development, Account Management, Customer Implementations, and Support Functions.

Reporting to the division President, I have overall information technology responsibilities for the seven businesses within the Specialty Solutions Division of Cardinal Health. Specialty Solutions focuses on two main customers: Biopharmaceutical Companies and the Provider community. The success of our division relies on information technology to enable the goal of greter than 100% annual growth. Some key responsibilities include:• Managing through the dynamics of the changing biopharmaceutical healthcare environment specifically within specialty distribution, specialty pharmacy, hub services, and data offerings• Led the due diligence and acquisition integration of multiple businesses to create the Specialty Services division and information technology portfolio• Responsible for a $15M budget of expense activities and capital projects aligned with business strategies and appropriate infrastructure investments• Delivered on critical technology initiatives including the launch of the Specialty Distribution capabilities, new eCommerce and commercial product offering, and multiple reporting and analytical solutions• Prior to focusing entirely on the Specialty Solutions division, I was responsible for our Generics and Telesales offerings completing a multi-year strategy and delivering on critical initiatives for these areas of the business

Idea Integration is a professional services organization with a focus on Business Intelligence and eBusiness. As a member of the Columbus Office management team, I was directly involved in defining our office composition. This includes establishing business partnerships, recruiting and mentoring personnel, and managing clients. In my short time with Idea, I primarily worked with Cardinal Health to integrate the acquired Bindley Western into Cardinal’s Data Warehouse. I was responsible for defining the project approach, estimates, and scope to populate the Data Warehouse.

Maryville is a professional services organization with a focus on enterprise management and infrastructure. As an initial member of the Chicago office and part of the management team, I helped define and develop our market approach, service offerings and office composition. Through recruiting and mentoring our office grew to twenty employees. As a part of the delivery team, I was responsible for business growth through business development and vendor management, delivering projects that met client expectations,and managing project timelines and budgets. While at Maryville, I worked with clients to develop their enterprise management strategy with a focus on availability of business systems, networks, and performance analysis.
