24 years experience in Screen Printing. I take orders from customers and help find garments for their project. I calculate prices in File Maker, which I created the form that I use for quotes for customers to approve. After downloading their art, in most cases I have to recreate the art in Illustrator, or Graphics on a tablet or Photoshop, which ever works best to recreate art with efficiency. I create proofs with customers art on the garment of their chose to approve, prior to going into production. After I order product for me to check in, making sure all it correct, I create all the films needed to makes screens with attention to detail and I maintain the screens used in production, setting up jobs on a manual and an automatic press. I mix the inks to specific Pantone colors if needed and I print the jobs, where after I count and fold to correspond with a packing list, all neatly done, to make it easy for the customer to check in their orders. I create the invoice to send to the customer, with notifications of pick-up or delivery. Basically everything from start to finish.
