Responsible for ensuring all sub unit training is correctly risk assessed with safe systems of work in place.

Responsible for a team of 10 military and 40 civil servants working on explosive ordnance clearance tasks across the UK. Responsible for task scheduling, resource management, task allocation, progress tracking and review of completion reports.Reactive to change as high priority tasks were identified and decision maker if any conflict arose with resource availability, turning tasks off as required to meet priority deadlines.Implemented new tracking measures for survey, in flight and completed tasks utilising technology available to provide a more comprehensive view of pipeline. Updated standard operating procedure to reflect best practise process and briefed all personnel to ensure they were familiar with the content.Responsible for ensuring that all personnel (military and civil servants) had completed all mandatory training and were authorised and validated to work on site.During lockdown was tasked with numerous high priority tasks which required completion despite all civil servants being stood down. Prepared a plan to complete, using experience to forecast timeline and resources required and working with seniors at Group level secured support from reservists and regulars from outside units to complete the tasks. Delivered training on correct operation of equipment and deployed with teams to act as an onsite subject matter expert. All tasks were successfully completed within the deadlines set.
