In my current role as a Night Manager, I oversee all park operations during the night shift and ensure the satisfaction and safety of all guests. This includes professionally assisting guests with check-ins, queries and taking phone calls, and securing all facilities and ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces. This role also often requires spontaneous problem-solving, dealing with issues, complaints, disturbances, special requests, and being aware of, and able to enforce fire-life-safety procedures.Moving forward. As I have over 10 years of experience split between retail and hospitality, and I have worked in many different roles and positions within the fields; I am striving to change my trajectory into a career in the tech industry.
