With over ten years of experience managing complex and diverse projects in the C4ISR IT domain, I am a Program and Project Management Consultant at Zabriskie's Perspective LLC, providing strategic guidance and support to clients in various sectors. I am also available as a contractor through MBO Partners, Inc. I have a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed courses in Program Management and Systems Engineering from the Defense Acquisition University. Experienced in managing cross-functional and cross-team projects. My core competencies include project management, requirements management, system architecture, systems engineering, software development, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. I am passionate about delivering innovative and effective solutions that meet the end users' and sponsors' needs and expectations. I have successfully led and contributed to several high-impact projects, such as the Navy's Agile Core Services (ACS), where I was the project manager at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, and various research and development projects at SPAWAR Systems Center, where I worked as a project manager for almost a decade.
