Also landlord to over 60 properties in the village of Arley including Arley Arboretum & Tea Rooms and Arley House, the double award winning wedding and corporate events venue. Employing over 40 full and part time staff and reporting to Board of Directors and Trustees.

Managing an Accounting and Outsourcing team of 13 which includes Accounts trainees, ACCA qualified staff and a payroll bureau. I am responsible for the successful delivery of outsourced finance services to clients in the OMB sector varying from established businesses, new start ups and UK subsidiaries of overseas groups. I also undertake cash flow, budgeting and forecasting roles assisting clients rearrange or renegotiate their facilities with their lenders or explore new options. I attend Board meetings and present the financial information to Directors and Stakeholders and provide strategic financial input to assist short and long term decision making/planning.

Working with new start up businesses to write business plans, prepare financial forecasts, identify funding requirements. These plans were then used to present to funders/banks and support grant applications. Also working with established businesses to restructure their finances including implementing Invoice Discounting arrangements.

Audit senior within the OMB and Housing sector. I was responsible for Audit teams from 2 people to 8 people auditing companies with Turnover's ranging from £2m to £4.3bn

Working in the small businesses team bookkeeping and preparing management accounts, VAT returns and year end accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and non audit Limited Companies.
