• Maintain complete and accurate records of all BWCS Portsmouth, DOE and Lexington employee training.
• Ensure instructors are prepared with all classroom materials, exams, evaluations, etc., ensure course completions are recorded in the Training Database.
• Utilizing the 30-60-90 day report from the training database, schedule training to ensure employees are current on all required training.
• Maintain a good working relationship with department Training Coordinators to ensure all site Management Briefs, DOE assigned training, etc., is completed within the set time constraints.
• Upload training materials including modules, exams, completed training documentation to Documentum for retention.
• As site Required Reading Coordinator, disseminate the Required Reading package to the department Training Coordinators for distribution to their respective groups and maintain records.

 Coordinated/executed project/report work for Vice President –Network Operations & Engineering including; New site Construction – Project Managed/Assisted with Management of over 800 new construction and co-location sites in Ohio, Tennessee, Indiana and Pennsylvania working with a diverse group of vendors including, Motorola, Nortel, SBA for site.
