Responsible for managing and delivering an average of 30 fast-paced and larger-scale projectsper week from start to finish across multiple languages for Latin America and Canada against agreed scope, schedule & stakeholder expectations. Doing this while supervising and directing vendor and multi-discipline teams.Duties:• Collaborate with cross functional teams and Stakeholder to orchestrate localization execution. • Organize kick off meetings to analyze localization requirements and provide best practices. • Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflow, schedule and process to maximize efficiency and profitability. • Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner for Stakeholder and internal or external production teams. • Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements. • Cooperate with internal teams to initiate procedural changes and customized workflow. • Work closely with Linguist Quality Assurance Leads to ensure proper alignment with Subject Matter Experts with localization schedules and processes.

In charge of all aspects of interpretation projects including contract negotiation. Also coordinated, organized and scheduled bilingual and multilingual conferences including all technical aspects such as venue, equipment installation and the subcontracting of interpreters. Retaining customer and positioning the company internationally and keeping the margin profit target. Duties: • Manage project development from initiation to closure.• Deliver project objective within time, resource and budget constraints. • Analysis and preparation of estimates and proposals for existing and potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources. • Liaison with clients on all project-related issues, including the process, progress and financial status of their projects. Resolve any issues throughout project life cycle. • Manage vendor relationships to ensure open communication and positive working relationships.
