I currently serve as Senior Attorney with NANA Regional Corporation, Inc. ("NANA") located in the office in Anchorage, Alaska. In this position, I provide all aspects of legal counsel to NANA and its subsidiaries. Formed in 1972 under the federal Alaska Native Land Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), NANA is an Alaska Native regional corporation with fee simple ownership of lands located in the northwest region of Arctic Alaska. My work as senior attorney focuses primarily on the areas of land management, resource development, corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiations.I joined NANA in February 2019 serving as corporate counsel. Prior to joining NANA, I practiced environmental insurance defense for over 8 years with the law firm Rizzo Mattingly Bosworth PC ("RMB") located in Portland, Oregon.
