 Follows verbal and written instructions in completing the vast majority of the assembly and sub assembly processes required within a specific department. Works from engineering drawings, rough sketches, with non-standard equipment, or in complex or unique processes. May assist in the creation of nonstandard procedures. Performs visual, in process and final test to verify quality conformance. Maintains operating records and reports of test results. Maintain housekeeping tasks to assure safety and purity of product. Train new employees or evaluate the quality of their work. Interact with other departments such as R&D project Managers and Engineers,Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and all the employees involved for thatproject regarding failure issues. Maintain all the equipment, fixtures and tools for Calibration due date. Duties involve the training of regular and new employees on the manufacturing floor. Provide support in identifying inventory variances on the production lines. Focus and supervise all the Imaging Core line such us Quality and Quantity. (KANBAN System). Support R&D tasks like validation testing and prototype built. Conducting Meeting for the cause and effects of quality production. Assemble ultrasound-imaging catheters in a clean room environment such as soldering of small parts, potting, welding, and bonding under the microscope. Inspects in-process and finished sub-assemblies. Perform ultraviolet (UV) light inspection to test the product. Ability to interpret detailed specifications from text, drawings, and knows how to use variety tools and measuring instruments.
