Developed, sold and implemented the largest group sale event in Chicago Wolves franchise history of 6,200 tickets for the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana in 2010. The group renewed for 2011 and set a new sales record of 7,500 tickets. This sale is also marked as the largest single group sale in the American Hockey League. A sales executive who is ranked in the top ten for group sales reps throughout the American Hockey League for two years running. I have been repeatedly promoted into senior sales leadership roles based on demonstrated sales and leadership success, and directed a group sales staff of 10-15 sales associates as the number one group sales department in the American Hockey League for three years running.

As the Game Operations Assistant, I oversaw the hiring and scheduling of the seasonal usher and ticket taker game day staff. I spearheaded a game day staff hiring event that resulted in three times the number of seasonal applicants than previous years. I also negotiated trade contracts with vendors for game day staff uniforms and furnishings for the luxury boxes and sold ticket packages to new and repeat clients

As an intern with WIAC, I verified eligibility of conference athletes according to NCAA compliance standards, updated the conference website with statistics from around the conference and assisted conference commissioner with the day-to-day operations of the conference office.
