Assist customers and Nexeo employees with regulatory questions for products distributed by Nexeo Solutions. Work with the product manufacturer to answer inquiries involving product composition, physical properties, source material origins, potential hazards, and compliance with any regulations necessary to sell and use the product in its intended market. Participate in a product workflow process to approve the storage of products at Nexeo plants. Evaluate the products’ physical properties, DOT classification and NFPA class to determine if proper storage conditions are in place at the intended facility. Determine if product is regulated through DHS, PSM or RMP, and if so, define threshold and ensure product is managed below limit by verifying system blocks in SAP.
