Oversaw development of voice & brand identity for non-profit organization focused on modernizing irrigation systems in rural agricultural communities in the Western United States.-Spearheaded production of all messaging, presentations, video content and design.-Managed team of consultants and vendors to deliver on project-based work assignments.-Worked with Exec. Director and CFO to ensure alignment of priorities with allocated budget.

-Responsible for overseeing creative development and delivery of graphic branding and show package elements for all shared sports properties; launched 2016 CBS Sports redesign, 2014 Thursday Night Football, and 2013 Super Bowl graphics packages.-Managed day-to-day graphics production and operations, as well as future planning.-Oversaw a team of 40+ designers, graphics operators, and producers that were a combination of staff and freelance.-Instituted project management system to streamline production needs, increase efficiency, and provide metrics for budget analysis.-Panelist for NATAS to review and implement new creative categories for Sports Emmys.

-Coordinated scheduling of edits and producers for upcoming productions.-Produced teases and ingame elements for various broadcasts.

-Oversaw direction and vision of select broadcasts, formatted shows and content to be included. -Pitched original story ideas, interviewed various athletes, served as field producer during shoots, edited athlete profiles and long-form feature stories for broadcast.-Liaised with external vendors in creating interface components of on-air graphics.-Created training manual for new hires, sought out and compiled applications from eligible candidates, conducted first round interviews and assisted in selection of finalists.
