My passion for helping people is why I am a volunteer at Saddleback Church Lake Forest in Career Coaching. Over the past 15 years I have been an attendee, landing my job through the program, a 1-on-1 certified Career Coach, being a trained Facilitator for Network Mixer Events, along with being the lead contact for information on our program.With my organizational leadership skills and the help of others, we brought Career Coaching from a campus event to a quickly functional virtual event within 2 weeks. I am the Systems Host for the Online training courses on Zoom. Currently we operate with 6 training courses, 1-on-1 coaches, about 20 volunteers a night and an attendance of 20 plus. I have created google docs, surveys and excel spreadsheets for our online courses. These documents and procedures are being shared with other ministries and are working Zoom protocols and training modules. I created QR codes for attendee sign in sheets and on the training presentations to track attendance. Help create the 1-on-1 registration form and assisted with Saddleback Church’s IT department to update our website.With the Saddleback Healthy Church ministry tool, I keep an accurate roster of active, inactive volunteers with their volunteer job functions, and help interested people through the process of becoming a volunteer.Since 2017, we have helped almost 4000 Orange County and LA County job seekers. I work with recruiters, explain about how we educate the job seeker and how they can post directly on the website.I believe a way to share joy is by dancing and performing. Being an Argentine Tango dancer I have been in the short film “The Stooge”, danced at weddings, private parties, social events, retirement centers and as an instructor. As a Middle Eastern dancer I have competed twice in the Belly Dancer of the Universe, performed at graduations, restaurants, coffee houses, galas, retirement homes and as an instructor.I have 15+ years experience as Regional Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager in Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Military and Defense markets. Versatile Sales Professional. Always seeking to exceed the customers' goals.Known for my customer advocacy. My passion is how I am perceived by the customer. My ability to connect and open doors puts me ahead of my competition.
