I began the development of this project, which included training employees in using a web browser, researching and writing requirements, and consulting on internal applications that would eventually be web-based. Airline Software Support extended across software that runs an airport or airline, excluding Sabre reservations. This included Pricing & Revenue Management, Cargo, Gates/Slot Management, Crews and Airport Operations, Scheduling, and Provisioning applications for multiple airlines worldwide.
