Having joined the RMIT Business Student Association prior to launch, I have played a key role in its development and success.Responsibilities include:- Development and successful implementation of an integrated multichannel marketing strategy to facilitate a successful awareness campaign, resulting in strong membership growth- Creation of the RMIT Business Student Association brand and all marketing collateral- Development and execution of a strong social media strategy- Corporate sponsorship attainment as part of a small team- Setting, meeting and exceeding marketing and event KPIs- Step up and assume responsibility to coordinate the project management of key events- Stakeholder management and engagement through liaising with key parties such as the RMIT College of Business, RMIT Business Student Association Executives & the RMIT Careers and Development team

Responsibilities Included:- Through effective internal and external stakeholder management, successfully managed key marketing activities to support the Primary Care Team- Undertook Brand Manager activities for a key osteoporosis product in the absence of a Senior Brand Manager for a period of two months- Project managed, coordinated and executed key internal and external meetings in which recommendations for continuous improvement were provided- High level of involvement in the development of key internal and external marketing collateral inclusive of agency collaboration, global standard compliance and approval- As part of a small team conducted internal and external research regarding Healthcare Professional Engagement within the pharmaceutical industry. Key findings, opportunities and recommendation for GSK from this research were presented to a wider team of senior colleagues- Developed content for a key GSK digital platform in addition to coordinating a vital digital adult learning platform
