I’m a Master Certified executive and leadership coach as well as team effectiveness facilitator. For more than 20 years, I have been coaching executives and teams on emotional intelligence, resilience and team effectiveness. I have worked in Silicon Valley for over 16 years, and with companies internationally. One focus of mine is serving executive teams in tech and biotech companies. To this end, I created my firm Level Up EQ to transform my clients and assist in their learning to thrive in the complexity of their work, produce exceptional results, create engaging places to work and scale their impact.
