As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, and 200 Hour certified yoga instructor and certified barre instructor I love helping people break a sweat, have fun working out, increase their strength & endurance to overcome obstacles and set goals to get healthy and shine from the inside out!Be it moving my body through competitive powerlifting, kettlebells, swimming or group fitness classes like barre, cycle, yoga and Stand-up Paddleboard yoga, or playing team sports like football and kickball, I feel my absolute best when I'm staying active. My fitness career has been my main focus over the last five years however, health & wellness has always been a core value of mine. I have followed the paleo lifestyle since 2008 and after recovering from adrenal (fatigue) exhaustion I incorporated more rest, relaxation and stress relief techniques including yoga, meditation, cryotherapy, infrared sauna & float tank sessions into my life.As the founder & chef of the archived paleo blog PaleoPorn.com I've published hundreds of recipes for the blog and a print paleo cookbook titled Pigskin Paleo, in addition to other published recipes in other print publications.I am an Executive Producer of the #1 Indie documentary of 2016 Minimalism: A Documentary About The Important Things and the former Director of Finance for SPYR, where I helped to build brands for businesses.I enjoy traveling, playing with kittens, learning new things, meeting new people, and of course all forms of health, wellness & fitness.
