Research, integration, and ongoing management of sales-related systems designed to efficiently help maximize Fair Wind's direct-customer business.This role also supports company owners and the Director of Sales & Marketing with periodic reports, data driven analysis, recommendations, and the maintenance, support and expansion of sales data and reporting tools.Responsibilities include: Reservation Systems Kama'aina Programs Past Guest Programs Data Collections Systems Discounts & Special Programs Website & Various Digital Integration Sales Reporting Systems New & Emerging Sales-Related and Operational Technologies

Helps design, develop and implement additional new or enhanced business process in support of sales and technology. Supports long-range vision for the application(s) in this business setting. Coordinates various upgrades & modifications to the reservation system(s) as needed - followed up with thorough testing and effective implementation.Responsible for overall FIT (frequent independent travelers, past guests, etc) and Travel Industry (wholesalers, activity desks, travel agents, timeshares, and others) sales activities including supervision of contracts, vendor relations, and financial performance. Manages past-guest programs, FIT and Travel Industry lead generation and monitors sales in relation to goals. Develop, deliver and monitor various sales materials within all sales account locations including exhibits, conferences, meetings, and all other local, regional, and national promotional opportunities. In addition, assists with helping create Sales & Marketing content for various communication pieces including brochures, product descriptions, website, press releases and other items as needed.

Responsible for, and manages Customer Service Department including Retail Store sales. Directly supervises and coordinates activities of Customer Service Sale Staff and related workers. Creates and evaluates procedures for accomplishing department objectives and goals.
