Credo for Change is an annual accelerator workshop that aims to empower historically underrepresented individuals in the beauty industry. Since 2020, we've supported entrepreneurs looking to launch and scale their brands and, in 2023, we switched focus to support students who are interested in pursuing a career in beauty. College students who self-identify as historically underrepresented in the beauty industry, such as Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, and Indigenous individuals, are encouraged to apply.
