Coordinate and work with the Gray Site Management Team. Perform daily site safety audits.Oversee safety and health of personnel working on the job site.Address and discuss safety plans with other contractors on site. Provide corrective action recommendations.Direct weekly site safety meetings.Administer the site specific safety orientation for new employees on site. Conduct investigations when an incident occurs.Translate for the site team with Spanish-speaking workers when needed.Collaborate with employees on site to find a solution for identified safety hazards. Attend pre-construction meetings, review contractor safety plans, and discuss any necessary changes before mobilization, if needed.

Coordinate and work with the Gray Safety Management Team.Perform various departmental assignments.Participate in field safety walks.Update various records, reports, files, and procedures, as assigned.

Protect the assets of the company. Adhere and uphold the company’s safety practices, principles, guidelines, policies and procedures.Visually inspect building exterior/parking lot to ensure potential hazards are mitigated.Conduct walking inspections of backroom and sales floor.Reviews cashier exception reports. Conduct internal theft surveillance.Review theft activity reports and follow up as necessary.Conduct shoplifting surveillance.Report safety hazards to Store Leadership so they can be addressed.Test and inspect camera equipment for effective operation.Participate in apprehension of those in violation of the law and assists in prosecution of external theft cases.Engage in extensive documentation and report writing (ensure required documentation is complete and incident history is appropriately written to include pertinent facts that may be required for litigation).Testify in criminal court and/or civil court proceedings when called to do so.
