At my core, I am an inspired business leader, a natural listener and a passionate believer in the power of connection. I sometimes call myself an “accidental entrepreneur” because I didn’t initially set out to build a staffing company 20 years ago. My intention was simply to deliver stellar marketing and project management services that would take some of the pressure off my clients’ shoulders as they launched their products. Funny thing happened along the way. My clients and their colleagues kept asking me if I could find them more great people who could also help with their project management, marketing, creative, data analytics and development needs. I listened and did just that. And that is how Team Red Dog (formerly Red Dog Interactive) came to be.I firmly believe in the power of connection and building deep relationships – whether it be matching a resource-strapped manager with their next superstar employee or meeting one-on-one with an employee, client or job seeker. At its heart, staffing comes down to relationships: getting to know someone fully, keeping in touch, listening, and earning trust by doing good work.In working for and serving some of the greater Seattle area’s most inspirational companies and organizations for over three decades, I intuitively understand the needs and pain points unique to staffing. My approach is both creative and strategic. By leveraging my experience as a journalist, marketer, project manager and connector – paired with my recruiting team’s expert skills - we source and vet the right talent for each role. As a Pacific Northwest native, I’m thrilled to call the Seattle area home and I take pride in knowing that Team Red Dog is committed to bringing meaningful opportunities and great talent to our local business community and beyond.
