My life has not been straight forward, nor has my career. My willingness to accept and embrace change has opened many doors and I only regret the things I didn’t do. Work, education and life experiences gained in different countries and organisations have transformed into skills and behaviours which I apply every day. Starting off in Human Resources, I picked up skills and experience in the areas of Recruitment, HR Systems, Change Management and Training. This was then followed by project focused activities before I grew into the field of Communication and Marketing (Digital, Print and BD). This then morphed into Product Development as well as Customer Service and Account Management. I've been lucky to have experienced a rich mix of work environments, from governmental bodies to large multinationals (FMCG) as well as growing a small business. Throughout my career, I've kept a side-focus on studying and am currently completing a degree in Psychological Sciences. And now I also instruct group fitness classes in my spare time (mainly Les Mills programs).
