I work on several projects related to healthcare and IT in my function as Sr. Business Analyst at Accenture. I worked on a project at a top clinical hospital and on a project in an organization which is part of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.

I started working at the Customer Care department. While I was solving issues from clients I get deeper into te application and enlarged my knowledge about the application. After a couple of months, I switch to the consultancy team, where the focuss is on the implementation of several modules and functionalities of the purchasing and logistics applications from PinkRoccade. Within this function I gained experience in solving customer problems on location, implementing new modules and functionalities and giving advice to the customer concerning the process in which the application is used. Moreover, I am part of a team which is focussed on creating new initiatives through a special interest group (SIG). An example of a new initiative in which I was involved is the implementation of the GS1 module (barcode scanning)

A first ambassador makes a schedule for the study information activities and is the first contact person for the other ambassadors (who give the study information activities). Moreover, I give during the year some study information activities such as classroom education or a student for a day program. During this job I developed presentation skills both verbal and non-verbal and it makes me more confident to present for large groups.

I support the project management in terms of information exchange during my internship. Furthermore, I write my graduation thesis at Sleutelnet. Some examples of activities during this internship are creating reports and monitor the LSP or other information exchange services and inform clients about the several services Sleutelnet offer. In addition, I write my thesis during this internship. The aim of this thesis is to make the added value of the services of Sleutelnet visible. Data is collected by a survey which is send to the users, directors and IT-managers of organizations who use one or more services of Sleutelnet. Furthermore, interviews are held with other Region Cooperation Organizations (RSOs) and with users.

During the internship I developed an awareness campaign together with 19 other students originating from different countries. The goal of the campaign was to make people aware of the consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle. Marketing and leadership were important core tasks. The project has to be well promoted and stakeholders should be controlled. Furthermore a good collaboration was important during the project.
