SabbaticalSabbatical Nov 2022 - Nov 2023The craziest turning point of my career (so far) 🦄I sensed there was something more for me. At times, I felt like I was in the wrong movie. I realized that a new title, higher salary, or a different company wouldn't satisfy this yearning. My next step would require courage.So, I quit my job, gave up the perfect salary and the picture-perfect resume, without a Plan B. I exchanged security and external success for freedom and adventure. The reward: I discovered a new version of myself, one capable of achieving so much more by trusting myself, forging my own path, and letting go of the illusion of security.The Unleashed Unicorn was born 🦄

The first thing I did in this role was to personally meet each of the approximately 150 employees one-on-one. For me, people and culture come first. Together with the teams, I established a new marketing culture, rejuventated the brand's image, and strengthened the department's relevance to the overall company. I had the opportunity to build something meaningful and inspire people for my cause. It was exactly my thing. Once the transformation was complete, I knew it was time for a new change. -

For many years, I hoped that the opportunity would arise on its own, but it didn’t. So I took fate into my own hands. This was a significant step out of my comfort zone and towards discovering myself. On this journey, I felt more free and authentic than ever before. -
