Office ManagerMjta Sep 2015 - Jan 2020Praktijk Voor Psychotherapie En RelatietherapieDigitalizing several processes (from start to end of the therapy) leading to raised work efficiency and a better overview. In addition, this workplace is a wonderful place to learn: encountering complex case studies, developing intakes, participating in discussions about policy on complex issues, gaining skills using Medicore, LVVP, Reflectum - Questmanager and Karify, creating invoices and contribute to other financial tasks (in particular concerning contracts with insurance companies). Last but not least, learning a lot from the interesting conversations with the psychotherapist and her years of experience in this field. All in all I am very grateful for this opportunity of further development. -
(Private) TutoringMjta 2001 - 2016It started by helping other children in class with their mathematical tasks in elementary school, which developed into tutoring math during high school. This expanded into more methodological and statistical subjects during university. The last subject taught was Statistic 3: Structural Equation Models. It gives me a lot of energy to witness the students’ change in attitudes. From oftentimes very negative and passive with a feeling of failure, towards a more positive, active attitude with more self-confidence.
