GESB is the largest WA-based superannuation provider with $24 billion Funds under Management as at 30 April 2017, and administering the super and retirement savings of over 279,000 current and former WA public sector employees.Position overview:• - Manage Digital Marketing Manager – provide training and support, manage workload, nourish career development• - Implement eMarketing plans, and allocate tasks to ensure delivery deadlines are met• - Build, using GESB templates as a base, and distribute marketing emails. • - Manage development of enhancements with GESB IT Support and The Brand Agency• - Maintain and update GESB website and intranet• - Responsible for Google Adwords campaign, producing in excess of 64,000 impressions and almost 30,000 click-throughs in the second quarter of 2014 on a small budget• - Prepare web content as well as build and distribute email components of direct marketing campaigns as requiredKey achievements:• - Introduced a new investment dashboard to GESB website in February 2014, which provides members with more meaningful content to make informed decisions. This has added more than 100 additional pages and a number of new templates and resulted in an increase of page views on investment returns of 70%.-• Implemented a refresh for Member Online, our secure account access, in July 2013. This project improved the information architecture and enhanced a number of processes (including forgotten password). This has produced an increase of 37% in page views from year to year. - • Responsible for the digital components of campaign management. In the 2013/2014 financial year we achieved an average email open rate of 51.84% and average click through rate of 27.57% over 121 emails distributed to over 270k members, compared to industry average rates of 22.50% and 17.79% respectively.
