Food company specialized in the import, processing, and national distribution of pork products.In this role, I was responsible for implementing the SQF system to achieve certification for the plant and its products, enabling business expansion into supermarkets by meeting stringent quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Led the implementation and certification of the SQF system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.- Developed comprehensive training materials and operating manuals to support quality initiatives.- Trained personnel on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to enhance food safety protocols.- Conducted internal quality and safety audits in TIF 625 establishments to identify areas for improvement.- Performed routine inspections of the production site, overseeing a team of 20 workers per shift to maintain operational efficiency and product quality.Achievements:*Implemented the SQF system in a record time of just 5 months, successfully passing the external audit and gaining certification for 1 year.*Completed certification as an Internal Auditor, enhancing my ability to conduct effective quality audits.
