Communications and Reservation Specialist: Responsible for curating and maintaining current and future client relationships and sales. Providing excellent customer service while interacting with customers via phone and email to help determine their travel needs. Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns to send to potential and current clients.

Responsible for greeting guests and members with a smile, handling multiple phone lines, data entry, organization and maintenance of new member agreements in accordance with company policy, and payment processing. Also responsible for taking guests on tours of the facilities, presenting benefits of each member option, determining what would be the best fit for the potential member, ensuring their experience is positive and providing opportunities to help them reach their goals.

Responsible for the styling and cutting of hair, greeting clients, managing schedules and setting appointments, answering phones , payment processing, and light janitorial work.
